Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Marlie Harris The idea for Leather, my work in progress, came to me from a conversation with a friend. She mentioned that she'd never seen a book about leather coming alive. I thought, what a great idea! What if some kids realize that leather being bought from a specific store in town actually killed people. How would they fight against it?
