I thought about what dynamic my characters should have that would keep them interesting, and I started there. It bloomed almost immediately, and the scenarios in the plot came naturally because of who the characters are.

I can't honestly answer this. It just comes to me. I will say that for the Running series, my dish soap played a roll in how I view Foster. As odd as that sounds...it's completely true!

Right now I'm working on my Running into the Past and Running into the Future. It's a story I am so excited to share with readers because I think Foster is ADDICTING.

When I started writing, it was a way for me to be creative. I needed it because my world had become so mundane. Now the best thing about writing is seeing how much people enjoy my stories!

Honestly, I have yet to really get writer's block! When I was writing Fighting, it just flowed out of me. My first edit was awful because it was clear I was thinking faster than I was typing. If (or maybe I should say when) I experience it, I'll walk away and come back the next day to rework or write.
