I read a lot, especially in the summer when I’m off from the classroom. I’m working on re-reading some classics and reading authors from different backgrounds. I’m almost done with Gigi Pandion’s Accidental Alchemist series. I am a huge fan of CS Harris’ Sebastian St Cyr and am re-reading those. I am also reading Rys Bowen’s Her Royal Spyness series. I’ve started Kellye Garrett’s Hollywood Homicide and I also love Patricia Briggs Mercy Thompson series. This is on top of the number of historical works I read to help give life to the series I’m writing.
