Christians writers should want to know that they are not just out there doing their thing. That's too easy. I believe the Lord will confirm if He wants a book or not ... there will be some indicator, some sign, wonder, word, of whatever type ... that you are actually doing something in His will and not just doing something to assuage your ego or for a few extra bucks. When you have that, that's the best thing. It's really the only thing.

I've had numerous calls for a sequel - although one reader called for a second book, non-sequel! Certainly a sequel is in play. But the story has to generate itself. I don't want to sit in a room alone contriving a plot to simply produce. Inspired stories have their own energy, their own drive, their own - if you don't mind me saying - their own commission. I know where the next book is going, but it's still in the embryonic stage.
