Where my first book focused completely on the psychological elements of professional cycling, what I found interesting as well is the amount of mental problema in pro-athletes. This is completely different as to what I muself experience when I am training on my racing bike. And from what other cyclists told me. For me, this question was the starting point my new book. I just start investigating what fascinates me, and them at some point I end up with so many insights that I have more than enough materials for a book.
