Haha, usually with lots of frustrated grumbling and staring at blank pages. But in all honesty, what helps me is a deadline. Create your own deadline. Set a timer for yourself, and write as much as you can until the alarm goes off. No matter how crap the writing is, at least you got something. Rinse and repeat until you get over the block.

Well, I just finished a short-story-turned-novel, so now I'm back to working on what I'm supposed to be working on -- rewriting an old novel of mine to fit some new worldbuilding details.
