I write through it. It doesn't matter if what I write is garbage. An object in motion, you know? Sooner or later I'll write a sentence I like and then, if I'm lucky, others follow.
I also don't sit down to write without at least an idea of where I'm going. I often (i.e., usually) wander away from that idea, but sometimes that's where the fun stuff happens.
