Hi, K. I have just stumbled upon this questions section and now feel awful for having missed these from you. Consider me schooled for the future ;)
Without Forever, book 5, is actually live TODAY. Happy release day, Babylon!
It is definitely the last book. The time to say goodbye.
As it stands, we have no plans to do any more with this series... but we will never say never. ;)
Thanks so much for loving Babylon the way we do. It means the world to us! <3

Hi, Catarina. So sorry for taking so long to stumble across this question... and what a GREAT question it is.
At that point where Toby had a decision to make, he thought doing what he was doing was the right thing. He didn't want to taint Lilac's bright future with his (now) dirty past, yes, but more than anything, he wanted his mum to finally be free and to give her a way out. That was the only route he saw without exposing her history to everyone else and dragging her through a lot of stuff he knew she wouldn't be able to handle. He also wanted to show 'you know who' that making that decision didn't scare him—that he was more of a man than his father.
Thank you so, so much for reading. It means the world to me! <3

Thank you so much for this, Kelly, and for reading. I'm so pleased you enjoyed it. It means the world to me. <3 <3 <3
A. Stone is on Facebook under A Stones View. He's an incredibly talented poet and a truly humble man. Definitely seek out more of his work if you can. I was honoured to have him feature in Toby and Lilac's story.

Hey, Melissa,
Love that you enjoyed all of the gang in the Natexus Series. Thank you for reading. There weren't any more plans to release anything after Night and Day dropped in December 2017, but let's just say a certain 'Viking' keeps talking to me lately... so you never know. ;)
P.S — apologies about the late response. I'm only JUST figuring Goodreads out. Haha.

I don't write. It's that simple for me. If something isn't happening, I step away and go back to it another time. Whether that's an hour later, a day or a week, if my characters aren't speaking to me, then how can I listen? If I'm to force the words out, then the story will suffer and so will their personalities. I realise that makes me sound a little bit on the nut-nut side, haha, but it's true. Anything I write whilst under pressure is only going to be a poor version of something that deserves to be rich. That's not to say I haven't pushed myself that way before. Many times I've sat down and forced words out, sometimes for hours and hours on end, but I can tell you now that nine times out of ten, I end up scrapping those chapters entirely, or at the very least, tearing them to shreds and rewriting them once I'm back in the right frame of mind again.
Writer's block is a natural part of it. It's no different to anyone who wakes up and tries to do a job. There are days when it seems easy. There are days when it seems impossible. I think it's just important to know when to draw the line and say, "enough is enough."

I get inspired by everything around me, it's a little crazy. Some days, it's almost like I'm on the outside looking in, watching everyone around me as the ideas formulate in my mind. I never thought I would be a writer, even though I've always written privately, but it just got to a point where I felt like I had no other choice but to get these characters out of my head and put them down on paper. Some days are more difficult than others, granted, but I don't really need inspiration to write, writing is my passion. Motivation is a whole different thing entirely though. Ha ha.
