I love to tell a good sexy, sensual story. Using my imagination to create an escape is wonderful. I love being carried away into the story as I write and hope my readers feel the same way.

I'm exploring a variety of ideas right now. As usually happens, I usually end up with several ideas at once as I'm looking for my next story. It's always fun to see what strikes my fancy next.

I wrote three books at once - Prisoner 849, Prospecting, and Snowbound. For Snowbound, it's winter and I started with the idea of a snow day which developed into being stuck in the ditch. Things developed from there. For Prisoner 849, I considered how a person would react if their situation at home (in essence) was less than optimal. For Prospecting, I was reading descriptions of books and ran across several with robots. From there, I thought about using a robot as a partner because ultimately my main character worked alone for long periods of time.

Life inspires me. It can be a word or a phrase, a different story, a news event. Everything is up for grabs.

Don't give up, refine your craft, recognize your weaknesses, and keep writing every day, as often as you possibly can.

I don't get writer's block. In general if a story isn't working, I turn to other tasks in order to let the story develop in my subconscious. I find if I work on other things, when I come back to writing the words are there.
