Erus Ludus I'll quote two of my favorite writers:
Tolkien said that your creativity, your inspiration comes from the 'humus' (the most fertile soil) of your brain. This is a depository of everything you have read, heard or feel.
Jorge Luis Borges said that all stories were already told and what writers do is retell them.
I agree with both of them. Inspiration come from all your experiences, books that you read and people you met.
Erus Ludus I take a deep breadth, stretch my arms and I go back to the computer!
Erus Ludus From another book :) The name of the rose by Umberto Eco
Erus Ludus AENIGMA's Follow-up
Erus Ludus Have a 'thick skin'. Accept all commentaries, all feedback but always, always keep the faith in yourself.
Erus Ludus The best thing of being a writer is the readers! Writing is a very lonely activity. It's beautiful to create characters in your mind and troubles, adventures, romance for them... but if you don't have someone to share all your stories with it's pointless.
Thank you for contacting me and for your interest in my work!
