Kelsey Keating Oooooh this is hard!

Maybe Princess Buttercup and Westley from Princess Bride, or perhaps Ella and Prince Char from Ella Enchanted.

The former because of the perfect modern fairy tale where true love is the ultimate thing. The latter because Ella Enchanted was one of the first books I remember loving so much I read it over and over again. I loved that their friendship turned into something more.
Kelsey Keating They will be in it, yes, but it's focus won't be just on them.
Kelsey Keating There are currently four planned books, with each focusing on different characters in the Stolen Royals world. Book one is Princess Maria and Derric, Book two is Princess Cecily and her guard Rory, and book Three will focus on Prince Shen and Kida. Book four will be the most fun, mixing several characters together ;)
Kelsey Keating That's a secret ;)
Kelsey Keating Finding someone who loves your story as much as you do.
Kelsey Keating Love or hate. Whether it's movies, books, plays, or what have you. If I love it I'm inspired to create something people will love like I love that. If I hate it I'm inspired to do better than the other person did.

Also I get inspired by random things. For most authors I think stories just pop into our heads. Go from there.
Kelsey Keating Disney. But that's almost always the answer.
Kelsey Keating Depends on the kind of block. If I feel my muse went on vacation, I'll turn to other creative outlets or hobbies. Sometimes a movie can inspire you. Sometimes knitting works.
If I'm just being a poop and don't want to write but should, I force the words out. Eventually it flows.
If it's a particular scene, I move on and write a different one. Ally Carter once said "if you're having a hard time writing a scene, you're probably writing the wrong one."
Kelsey Keating Find a place to connect with other writers of
varying ages and stages in the publishing process. Also find blogs that can help you learn things you may not know now. My favorite is ReadWriteMuse.com
