Why has there never been another English language edition of the first book of yours published in English Unholy Ghosts? Copies are hard to find and only second hand. Thank you
Richard Zimler The book didn't sell well enough to interest another publisher once the first edition was sold. I wish another publisher would be interested but so far no one has contacted me. THANK YOU for your enquiry.

What books are on your summer reading list this year?
Richard Zimler I am currently reading The Vagabond by Collette. The translation is terrible but I'm enjoying it anyway.

What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?
Richard Zimler Why my father was such an angry man and wanted little to do with me, even when I was a little kid.

If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?
Richard Zimler I would travel the southern town in To Kill a Mockingbird, so I could meet Scout and Jem and Boo Radley and the other characters. But I wouldn't stay long because it was a place where I would not be very welcome. How about you? Where would you go?

HI ❤️. What is the one topic that you would never write about?
Richard Zimler I would never write a book that revolves around a secret conspiracy in the Vatican or anywhere else. Books that promote conspiracy theories encouage prejudice and laziness. Look at all the horrific blogs and websites promoting conspiracy theories - it's a nightmare.

Olá, aqui Lisboa :)É o seu primeiro livro que estou a ler, e estou a adorar. De facto, estou muito arrependida não ter começado a ler os seus livros há mais tempo...., já que adoro ler... Gostaria de fazer um pergunta, se puder e quiser responder: Estou quase no final, quando Richard descobre que falou com o falso Mahmoud. É tudo real ou também ficção? Muito obrigada.
Richard Zimler SANA foi uma experiência nova para mim. Trata-se de uma mistura de ficção e a minha vida real. As cenas sobre terrorismo são ficcionais. Obrigado!
