Chrystal, good question! I honestly don't have time to write so it is a good thing I write very quickly. When writing a book, I will sit down and do nothing else for a few days but write. I cannot write a little here and a little there. For me, it is all or nothing. Writing for ten hours a day is a normal thing for me. Of course nothing else gets done in that time though. Smile. Thanks for asking a question!

The best thing about being a writer is that I get to live my dream. I love sharing a story with others that will hopefully take them away from their troubles and hardships in life for a while, or uplift and inspire them to help them in everyday life. Everyone needs a break from reality once in a while, and I love to take others on that journey!

I am currently working on Rebellious Secrets - Book 3 of my Secrets of the Heart Series which will be on preorder soon for a Thanksgiving release. Book 2, Seductive Secrets will be released on Sept. 26th in ebook, print and audio. Highland Secrets - Book 1 is already available in ebook, print and audio. And watch for Forgotten Secrets - Book 4, the last book of the series in January.
This series is about the daughters of the Legendary Bastards of the Crown. They were chosen by the queen to be part of a secret society of strong women, and meet in the queen's secret garden. This series was inspired by my own secret garden in my yard as well as the fact I like to empower women in my novels.

Hi April! Sorry, I just saw your question. As for now there is no real plan to write stories of the next generation for the Tarnished Saints. However, I just started a Second in Command Series which is a series about secondary characters from any of my books. I might decide to put one or two of the next generation into that series. Anne, sorry. I am still trying to figure out how to get all my series listed here. I think there is someone I have to contact. Not sure. I have a new series called Seasons of Fortitude that is the follow up to the Legendary Bastards of the Crown Series. Highland Spring is Book 1 and now on preorder, to be released on May 18th. The series is about the sisters of the bastards.

Everyone deals with writer's block once in awhile. If I tend to get away from writing for a period of time, it is harder to get back. But when I am perplexed about what to write, I go for a walk. I let my characters tell me their story, and I am sometimes surprised but what they are telling me in my head.
Another way I deal with it - I create a new book cover or book trailer video. Since I make my own, I can get as creative as I want. Often, I find the photo of my character before I write the story. For example, in Lady of the Mist, my model is wearing an ornate necklace. So I wrote the necklace into the story and it actually plays an important part of the story dealing with my heroine, Echo and her pirate father.
