I've started the second book. But planting season is coming up and I'm juggling three or four other larger projects. After fifteen years of research and brainstorming, however, I'm ready. And I finally decided, last winter, that I will not worry about composing the opera that I was planning on accompanying the book...hang fire, put it on the wire.
