I can kill off characters without paying any consequences. Not to mention, you can imagine the person who cut you off only to turn two minutes later is a character in your novel. Writing is a lovely outlet to get revenge on people like this. Did i mention you can get away with Murder?

I have several author friends, and we like to keep each other on our toes by racing. The winner gets a triumphant Yeti, and the loser is awarded the bag of shame dino sticker.

A few years ago, I was thrust into an English 1 position (a little after New Years). Unfortunately for me, the class had no structure since their teacher had been out ill for several months. I fought to establish procedures for effective learning, and in return for all my hard work I developed an eye twitch. After a while my symptoms worsened to black outs, so my doctor prescribed daily anti-anxiety medication. About a week later, I started having vivid dreams; it was from these dreams that my ideas formed. In the short time that I was on the medicine, from march to may, I was able to create a plot for a vampire, zombie, ghost, dragon, alien, etc. I have so many plot options that I am not sure how I will get all these works written.
