Will "My Girl" be published alone? I've read it and the other stories in the "box" but I didn't care to much for them. I loved "My Girl".

Thank you so much for the feedback about My Girl! You're only the second reader I've heard from, so knowing that you loved it really means a lot!

Yes, we are supposed to pull the anthology down in 3 months, and then it will go on sale as an individual book. I'm not sure if it's big enough for a print book, though. I might have to bundle it will some others for print, like I did with The Irish Sisters Trilogy.

Did I miss the book or story about Mack Taylor's daughter (Constance)? It seemed like something was getting set up for it in Stormy Montana Sky.

What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Debra Holland No mysteries in my life. I do have a mystery with my grandmother's family. A second cousin's research turns up a baby who wasn't mentioned on the list of siblings my grandmother gave to me. We do know that the 5th daughter was adopted out to another family. Perhaps this daughter was, too. There isn't a death date. My grandmother would have been a small child. I'd like to know what happened to that child.

Do you believe that encouragement is important? How would you go about creating an environment for a (lack of) self-esteem sufferer? Would you be critical? Would you set stringent rules of behavior, as in group therapy? Would you try to force the person to show courage? Or would you try to provide a liberal environment so the person might feel comfortable & thereby find their way toward outing feelings of fear?

Debra Holland Being critical of someone with low self-esteem will only make the situation worse. I'd help him or her learn to "hear" the negative voices in his or her head and learn more positive and supportive self-talk. I'd also encourage her or him to walk through the fear instead of allowing it to hold back.

Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?

Debra Holland Eve Dallas and Rourke in Nora Roberts/JD Robb series. I love how she's not an ordinary heroine. She's so unique and interesting. And Rourke makes a great hero--a rich bad boy turned good and madly in love with his wife.

My question is this, does it seem likely that we would be lucky enough for your publisher give us Bridget, Alana and Catriona's stories in one volume and maybe add Bertha (I love her story)? One Kindle has already bit the dust, I would hate to lose all your wonderful stories.

I'm so glad you enjoyed the Irish Sisters Trilogy, part of the Montana Sky series. Yes, Bridget, Alana, and Catriona's stories will be bundled into one volume because A Valentine's Choice is really too short for print and audio. I didn't anticipate the second two books going longer, with Catriona's being the longest yet. But it won't be fore a few more months.

A print volume of Bertha is in the works, perhaps mid February, although this story is a novella, so I might need to add a chapter or two of the next book--Grace: Bride of Montana.

I absolutely fell in love with the characters of Elizabeth Hamilton and Nick Sanders! Is there any chance that you would write a continuation of their new life together?!

Thank you so much for the feedback about Nick and Elizabeth, my very first hero and heroine. You will see the two make appearances throughout the Montana Sky Series, which includes the Mail-Order Brides of the West. The books that have them the most.... You can see a much younger Nick and Elizabeth in John and Pamela Carter's story--Beneath Montana Sky. Young Nick also appears in Mail-Order Brides of the West Trudy and Mail-Order Brides of the West: Darcy. Nick and Elizabeth's wedding is in Stormy Montana Sky. The birth of their first child in a story in Montana Sky Christmas.

I hope as you read the Montana Sky Series, you fall in love with more of my heroes and heroines.

Caleb Livingston's story is my latest--Mystic Montana Sky--on pre-order for June 28.

When is Mystic Montana sky due to be released . ?

Debra Holland Berta, I'm writing Mystic Montana Sky right now and the book will be release in the summer of 2016. Right now there isn't a firm date. But Healing Montana Sky comes out in a few days!

Do you know if Prudence will be published in paperback? I have all the Brides of the West books on my Kindle, but also in paperback, they are wonderful uplifting stories. I've pre-ordered Bertha as well.

Are "Irish Blessing" and "Easter Reunion" the stories of Bridget O’Donnell's sisters? I don't remember where I found those titles, but I'm very excited about them.

Debra Holland Nancy, thank you for being a fan of the O'Donnells, on of the families in my Montana Sky Series. You read about the Irish Blessing and Easter Reunion in the back of A Valentine's Choice. I'd meant to come out with the two stories rather quickly, but my publisher ended up moving my deadline and release date for Healing Montana Sky, which will come out in October. You'll have a chance to see more of Henrietta O'Donnell (the aunt) and her family.

The next Montana Sky book from me is Mail-Order Brides of the West: Prudence, which is available on pre-order and will be out in August. Then I have to write Mystic Montana Sky, which is Banker Caleb Livingston's story. Then a short New Year's story and after that the O'Donnell sisters will get their stories.

I'll also have some short nonfiction books (I'm a psychotherapist) come out as well.

I just read your interesting guest post on Peggy Henderson's blog. I've faced a similar dilemma in my own writing because it is set in late 18th century colonial America. My approach is to write my stories where intimacy occurs only after marriage, as it would have in that time period. Even then, I try to handle it tastefully. I just don't think it needs to be graphic to be a romance. Do you agree?

Debra Holland I agree, Dorothy. None of my historical or paranormal books have sexual intimacy before marriage, although there's plenty of emotional intimacy and sexual tension.
