Commitment is key. One of the most common things we've heard people say is that they have a lot of good ideas, but partway they lose inspiration or get bored or antsy and start something new.
Have faith in your projects. Love them like they're your children... or pet... or whatever gets your blood pumping. When you come up with an idea let it drive your heart. Take the time to map it out and delve deep into the characters and the world.
One of the most accurate things we've ever read about authors is a quote from John Gardner, 'The Art of Fiction.'
"True artists, whatever smiling faces they may show you, are obsessive, driven people--- whether driven by some mania or driven by some high, noble vision need not presently concern us."
There's more to this quote on the page that's also very true. If you're an author and you haven't read it, Fae would recommend it.

We're different in this aspect. We answered this in one of our book interviews recently so it must be a point of considerable interest.
Isu tends to draw her inspiration from the Universe and life itself. She always wanted more out of the stories that she read/watched and she used that void to create.
Fae picks new inspirations for every project. Since they write a book every 1-4 months that means she's constantly searching for something new and compelling to study and dissect. It doesn't matter what the medium is, either--- video games, music, literature, art--- you name it. Every project is an amalgamation of different inspirations.

We're working on the edits of Book 2, Conundrum with our editor, the cover of Book 3, Chaos Theory, with our cover artist, and the writing of Book 5! We always have a lot of projects in the works. Additionally, we're always adding imagery and information to our website/database.
