Alice Rene Walk away from your work and do something entirely different. Eventually you'll want to get back to it, I promise.

Alice Rene The challenge. The fun of writing. Testing your creative ability.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Alice Rene Just jump in and do it. Do not worry about being "good enough." If you don't do it, you'll never find out just how good you might be.

Alice Rene I am working on a romance/thriller entitled "The Other Side of Him."

How do you get inspired to write?
Alice Rene My grandson interviewed me for a high school paper. It made me decide that my story woujld be interesting to a wider audience.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Alice Rene My first book is a memoir. While busy promoting that book I already began to think about what to write about next. I did not want to continue with a sequel. However I took an incident I experienced as a young woman and fictionalized it. It was my inspiration for my second book whick I hope to publish this year.
