Hi Mark, I see your planning to do a series with The Great Scottish Land Grab. Can you tell me will any of the themes deal with 'land grabbing' by the very powers that be claiming to oppose such an enterprise using the veener of social justice, egalitarianism and so on, to act as a 'cover' for a more sinister self-interested agenda. Maybe did in the style of say the movie Promised Land or Leviathan? Iain

Mark Anderson Smith Hi Iain, I released The Great Scottish Land Grab in 2014 as a series. I've not seen either Promised Land or Leviathan, but both look fascinating, thanks for directing me to them.

My Land Grab story is an exploration of what it would take to reverse the theft of Scotland's land in present day Scotland. I used the 2014 referendum on independence as a plot device to trigger events. It was a lot of fun to take on the political establishment and attempt to bring about a virtual revolution.

Some readers may detect a self-interested agenda. Whether that would be sinister or not I'll leave up to you to decide...
