There's an awesome book by Rosanne Bane titled ALL AROUND THE WRITER'S BLOCK, and I highly recommend it for anyone who has struggled with it. Short answer: I do something totally unrelated to writing, such as taking a walk or coloring (yes, coloring!) for 15 minutes. Meditation also helps. It frees up my brain so I can get back into the creative realm and work my magic.

Any time I am working on a project that does NOT involve writing, and gives me no time to write, I will be strongly inspired to write. The grass is always greener on the writing side of the fence, because the writing side gives me time to water the grass.

I'm now working on Book 3 in the Rabbi David Cohen series, as yet untitled. What I can say about it is that it deals with domestic violence, and for the first time, we get to see from Arik's point of view.

My most recent book, STRENGTH TO STAND (book 2 in the Rabbi David Cohen series) is about intolerance, and how much intolerance we should tolerate. The idea came from a conversation on Shabbat with a group of women, in which we pondered the question, "If we do not tolerate intolerance, then how do we differentiate ourselves from those who are intolerant?" My book was the answer.
