I might need 3 short ones. Here goes.

Honestly, fantasy worlds scare me. I love Hogwarts but would be too chicken to actually go there. And as much as I think the 1950s seemed like a romantic time, I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable in the clothing. Bottom line, I'm too much of a wimp to go on any real adventures true fictional heroines go on. I could never fight beasts, soldiers, or anything more than the squeaky grocery cart. I do like travel adventures: spent a month in India by myself, am willing to pack my bag at a moment's notice to go anywhere. But my books get packed in my bag, not me packed into a book.

I always have 3 projects going on at once. One in copy edit/cover design, one in revisions, and one brand new story.

Don't do it. Seriously, do something else. And also write. I think writers that have other talents and interests are more productive and well rounded.

Making the stories in my head just slightly more real.

Mostly, I panic. And I call my critique partner and tell her it's over I am done writing. Then a few days later, I wake up with a new story idea.
