Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Marla O'Brien My most recent book is grounded in my personal story as a closet wine drinker. Through several methods, steps and strategies, I relearned how to enjoy wine in moderation. I needed to share my story to reach out to other women, like me.

Marla O'Brien Writing is my creative outlet. It also allows me to connect to my readers in unique and interesting ways.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Marla O'Brien I'll try a number of things starting with decluttering my office, garage, or the entire house! I'll read passages written by my favourite authors, take a walk in nature, and sometimes meditate.
