Christian Johnson The idea for Replica was originally just a self-reflection on what makes a person a person. What is it that makes us human? Is it our bodies? Our brains? Our hearts? Is there really such a thing as a soul? And if so, would that "soul" be transferred if we could physically "copy" our bodies?

From there it developed into the story you now know.
Christian Johnson To be honest, I just try and take my mind off writing and the story as much as possible. That can mean anything from playing some video games, going on a movie/TV binge, hanging out with friends, etc. I find that if I let my mind rest for a bit it usually bounces back and I can continue writing from where I left off at.
Christian Johnson Music is a big inspiration. One song on the radio can get me in the mood to write.
Christian Johnson The second in the series that begins with Replica.

I am also working on hashing out a small free-to-download short-story that will bridge some of the gap between Replica and the second book. Not reading the short-story won't take away from the whole series, but it will add a bit more fluff and insight into the world and the consequences of the actions made in the main-series books.
