Actually I'm about to post a blog post about this, but... I had no plans of writing the book I'm editing right now and then my oldest daughter was talking about her friend and said her name, and that name was so unusual, I said: I should write a book about a character with this name. Then, I looked up the meaning of the name and it meant Child of the Moon and You are loved and OMG, I just had to write it. I had so much inspiration come from this (and maybe I was just overdue for some serious writing), but I sat down and wrote 65K words in a month.

Urban fantasy romance "Amaris: Child of the Moon". The book is slated to come out in December 2017 and it is about Moon goddess, guardians, magical powers and love that defines all rules and reason.

I know that I have ideas. The writer's block is just a fear. If I feel fearful to write what I need to write, I just write something else. I jump a scene ahead, or pretend to be writing to a friend. Once the pressure is off, I can write the scene I meant to write from the start.
