This is easy. It comes from how I live my life. I've got decades of experience in this and have lived a perfectly mad life for some time. Over the years I've gathered thoughts, I've tried and tested methodologies and theories and found ways to achieve the seemingly impossible. I've spoken taught and lectured about it as well as having set a world record and won a world championship. I am proof that we really can overcome the obstacles that are in our way and achieve.
I'm not superhuman. I'm just a regular guy that put his mind to it, overcame and got things done. My book, Perfect Madness, shares a number of life lessons that I have used to get where I am today.

I'm just about to launch the first in series of books on Perfect Madness. My wife recently gave birth to our son and so I'm taking a little bit of down time to really enjoy fatherhood - it's an incredible experience that I never would have understood before.
But I'm yearning to write more and I'll be writing Volume 2 of Perfect Madness soon. I've got the notes ready to go and can't wait to start typing it all out and get my second book out there.
