I've been criticized for being too opinionated..outspoken. As I get older I'm learning to allow more scars on my tongue. Writing is a true escape. A release to what I may or may not what to say. Not to say I'm afraid of speaking my mind verbally, sometimes it's best for me to spill my thoughts through my writing and that's just as satisfying.

Stop writing for a few days maybe a week until the brain restarts. I find making more quiet time to collect my thought usually brings me back.
