Don't ever give up. Every time I sit down to write a new book, I looks at myself as an aspiring writer. Every new book is a new experience. I don't think I will ever be a true veteran writer in my head. So always be open to learning something new. And even if it doesn't true out the why you wan the first time don't get discouraged.

Being able to make up brand new worlds and experiences is great. And I can write what I am thinking and not have people look at me like I have lost my mind. I think that is the coolest of the whole writing experience.
