What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Liz Morrison Wow! Just do it - write what you want to write and then find a person to edit the book so it is amazing the first time you send it to a publisher. Also, get use to rejection. In my first rejection letter the publishing co. called me an author - it was so cool...I kind of forgot it was a rejection.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Liz Morrison The best thing about being a writer is when people like what you write...the hardest thing about being a writer is worrying 1) will people like it AND 2) will people read it. I thought the hardest part would be to get published...the hardest part is to get people to buy and read the book.

Liz Morrison Hmm...I haven't really had writer's block. It's more like a research need...so, I stop writing and start researching...

What are you currently working on?
Liz Morrison I just completed The Second Chance - it takes place today and during World War II (the whole romance and reincarnation thing). The main characters are Anneliese and Max...

I am writing Flashback - I would say I'm about 1/3 complete (I'm going to start writing as soon as I am done responding to the Goodreads prompts). The story takes place today and during the Vietnam War. It's going to be awesome!

How do you get inspired to write?
Liz Morrison I just love to do it - but, sometimes when I'm driving to or from work ideas for my story pop into my head and I have to write them down so I don't forget.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Liz Morrison The idea for Soul Mates came from my interest in World War I. I wanted to tell a love story that also included the interesting history from the time period as will as include the incredible locations where World War I occurred. I've also always been interested in the idea of reincarnation.
