Hi Jane! I do some of my best writing early in the morning before the other aspects of the day gets started. I always did this, even when I had three kids to get to school! As for the rest of the day, I don't have regular writing hours like some, or set myself daily word targets. For me it works better to do it whenever the inspiration takes me so I always have paper or my iPad to hand to get those ideas down quickly!
