I'm a dog lover, having been lucky enough to share my life with two wonderful examples. An English Border Collie, named Jake and a Shepherd/Husky, cross called Kyla that we got from the local shelter.

I can be inspired by anything around me. Things I read, news stories, the small print on the back of bus tickets... Sometimes I make up stories on the spot while talking to my friends/family and later write them in full. Sometimes I dream entire stories while I'm asleep and just write them up when I wake up. There goes that overactive imagination again!

Editing several short stories and a novel (my 4th though the others weren't published). Also planning several more novels and short stories. I pretty much put all my time into writing.

Mmmm...I like the initial creative writing the most and probably editing the least. Though self-promotion is something I'm really not very comfortable with.

Don't think I've ever suffered from it. Sign of a crazy overactive imagination and complete lack of self-criticism... :o)
