I have a question for you. Who is your favorite character that you have written about in the Serafina series? Mine is Braeden. :)

Robert Beatty I love Braeden also. He is closest to myself as a person (loves birds and animals, etc.). On the other hand, the funnest character to write is definitely Lady Rowena because she is powerful, smart, and unpredictable.

Hi! I'm a big Serafina series fan and I was wondering is there going to be a 5th book?

Robert Beatty I'm not planning a 5th book at this time. I tried to end Book 4 in a satisfying way that pointed to Serafina and Braeden's future together. On the other hand, I may write more Serafina books out in the future.

Hi Mr. Beatty, you are my favorite author of both the Serafina series and the Willa of the woods. Will the be another book in the Willa of the wood series?

Robert Beatty Thank you so much! Willa of Dark Hollow (Willa Book #2) ends in a very dramatic way, but it is not the end for Willa. There are a number of clues in the middle of the story that indicate that despite what happens at the end of the book she still has plenty of adventures in front of her in her life. Having said that, Book #2 is the last book in the series, at least for now. But some day I may write more Willa stories, picking up where the last one left off.

The Willa and Serafina series' are my all time favorite books. I can't even describe how amazing I feel when I read them! I have read all four Serafina books, the first Willa book, and I am currently on Chapter 45 of Willa of Dark Hollow. I am really hoping you will write more Willa books in the future, but if you are starting a new series, I hope it is similar to Serafina and Willa because those are incredible?

Hello! I am a big Serafina and Willa fan. (I’ve read both series many times😅). I absolutely love your work. Your books are what got me into reading. I visited the Biltmore Mansion awhile ago and LOVED IT. It was so cool too see and tour the place Serafina once was in the books. But I wanted to ask, what was it about Biltmore Manion that inspired you to write books taking place in and around it?

Robert Beatty I live near Biltmore Estate and have always loved its history, beauty, and mystery. I thought it would be a good place to set a story.

I'm currently reading Willa of Dark Hollow and I noticed that in this book, Hialeah is fifteen, but in the first book she was twelve. In the first few chapters it is mentioned that the events of the first book happened only a year prior. Why was Hialeah's age changed? Love your books!! :)

Robert Beatty Thanks for loving my books. I truly appreciate it. Hialeah was supposed to be fourteen in book one, so she's fifteen in book two. There is a point in book one where Nathaniel is talking about a time period in the past when Hialeah was twelve. But that was a bit of a mistake on my part. At that time in the story, she would have been thirteen or fourteen, not twelve.

Robert Beatty The Willa and Serafina books take place in the same world and time. Serafina and Waysa both make a brief appearance (in one form or another) in Willa of the Wood. There COULD be more cross-over in the future if I write more Willa or Serafina books.

will you write another Willa book a third book?

Robert Beatty Willa was originally planned as a two book set. But I finished book 2 in such a way that there can definitely be a third book (some people might not see how, but if you read it carefully, there is a clear signal of future Willa adventures). We are working on a Willa television series now. If that does well, then I think I'll be writing a third Willa book so that we can have more reasons. But right now, it's only planned as a two book set.

Hi, my name is Emma and I am a BIG fan I love Willa and Serafina. I just started reading Willa of the Wood yesterday and it is so good! In fact I am almost finished. And I know you might be busy but after COVID-19 can you hold an event around Monroe, North Carolina?

As a student I know I should know it, but what is the climax or turning point of Willa of the Wood? I had already read it and then we had to do a book report on a book we've already read. Also your books are awesome! They are the books that got me back into reading!

Robert Beatty Waysa is Cherokee. He has long, straight black hair and somewhat dark complexion. He has high cheekbones and a handsome face. He is lean, but extremely strong.

Oh my Seven Stars! (heheheh get the joke? No? okay then XD) I absolutely LOVE your Serafina series! I started screaming at the end of your latest Serafina book. Ever since the beginning I thought that Braden and Serafina would be the absolute cutest little couple in all of history! I really hope you write more books and maybe make some movies too! I love this series so much I reread the book ALL THE TIME! Stay bold!

So... i just finsihed the book serafina and the seven stars. and i really loved the series and was wondering if you are going to make another book in the series? i know it would make ALOT of people happy incuding me and my friend!
