For example: “I want to become a doctor” is not a sufficient goal. Rather you should write something more like: “I want to become a pediatrician in 5 years working in New York City”. This goal is specific and measurable – this is the difference between a tangible goal, and a wishy-washy dream. 3. Next, number each goal according to how important it is to you. If a certain goal is a priority, list it higher up. You are now looking at your priority list: this list is golden. It tells you where you should begin your pursuit for purpose – or perhaps, where you left off.”
