“Momma’s Recipe Upside Down Peach Cake Ingredients 3/4 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 Fresh sliced peaches 3/4 cup white sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/4 cups flour 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup 1% milk Directions Melt 1/4 of the butter and pour into a cake pan. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and arrange peaches flat in the brown sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the white sugar and remaining butter until fluffy. Add in egg, vanilla, flour, baking powder, salt and milk. When well mixed, pour over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let cake cool and flip in pan onto a cooling rack. Serve immediately.
