But there is no fun in agreement so after briefly summarizing it I will spend most of this review talking about what I think is missing or could be extended. (I should say, with books where I disagree with the overall thesis I put my effort in the opposite direction, trying to figure out what I agreed with, learned from it, or was challenged by.)”
