“Sometimes your ego and your inner mind say, “Well, if I let it go, what’s going to prevent them from hurting me again? I am opening myself up and making myself vulnerable. They will take advantage of me.” No one is telling you to be naïve. Nobody is saying that you should be stupid or foolish. There is an old adage, “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.” Just because you forgave someone does not mean that you forgot what they did to you. You can forgive someone and also be smart enough to know that you need to move on. You are going to surrender that situation away. Maybe it’s time for you to let go of that person, if they are consistently hurting you. You have to forgive yourself so you can let that person go. It is just your guilty feelings that are holding you back and allowing the damage to be done to you. You are not forgiving yourself enough or being considerate enough to let go of this person. It is also your ego that is holding you back. It takes a lot of contemplation to realize this. It takes a lot of deep soul searching. Again,”
Eric Pepin, Silent Awakening: True Telepathy, Effective Energy Healing and the Journey to Infinite Awareness
“You have to understand your errors and give yourself permission to be forgiven. Now that may sound self-righteous, but I don’t think another person can say to you, “You can forgive yourself now.”
Eric Pepin, Silent Awakening: True Telepathy, Effective Energy Healing and the Journey to Infinite Awareness
“I started to think about why there is such a strong negative fixation on this matter and came to some interesting conclusions. Consider the general intelligence, concerns, and fears of an average person in ancient times. The Mystery schools, holy shrines, or temples were as financially dependant on the general populace then as they are now. If they were not dependant directly on the people, they were dependent on the rulers of the time. Because they were dependent on people, they were also sensitive to the concerns and fears of those people. People often fear things that they do not understand. When people were creating these theologies, they did not understand paranormal abilities. The reason that these ridiculous beliefs about paranormal abilities exist today is that people still do not understand what paranormal abilities are, how natural they are, and for that reason, people are still afraid. I can imagine the mobs with torches surrounding the temples now! The mystical masters knew this and understood that the common man did not have the intellect to comprehend what they were experiencing and seeking. They knew that appearances were everything and they needed a good public image. This was especially true if they wanted funding without crowds of fearful people, with aggressive ideas, at their doorstep. They created an image and doctrine they felt the general populace could accept. Then they created levels within the organization and kept some of those levels secret from the public.”
Eric J. Pepin, Handbook of the Navigator: Why You and the Universe Were Meant to Meet
“You make a connection with every single person you meet in your life. Being intimate with someone creates a very powerful connection.”
Eric Pepin, Igniting the Sixth Sense: The Lost Human Sensory that Holds the Key to Spiritual Awakening and Unlocking the Power of the Universe
“Fear is the mind-killer. Of all the obstacles through life, it is fear that often poses the greatest danger. It can prevent you from continuing on your way. Luckily, you are a brave salmon, and surviving the bear only empowers and strengthens you.”
Eric J Pepin, Handbook of the Navigator: Why You and the Universe Were Meant to Meet
“It is a matter of sitting down and thinking about your whole life from the earliest moment and just going through it like fast-forwarding a video. But in the process, counsel yourself saying, “Yeah, that really sucked when my father did that to me and I was really hurt. But you know something, I’m here now and I’m going to be okay.” It sounds like a strange thing to do, but if you want to reach the highest level of your mental capacity, isn’t it wise to clear out all of the bullshit in your mind?”
Eric Pepin, Silent Awakening: True Telepathy, Effective Energy Healing and the Journey to Infinite Awareness
“Solar radiation manipulates, to some degree, our species. You see, all the stars in the universe are like the neo-synapses of the brain. Our brain releases sparks of information, or data, that moves across the expanses of our brain to other parts or points that reciprocate. Just as our neo-synapses perform this function for our brain, all the stars in the universe do the same through light. The stars emit solar radiation in millions of frequencies, which are constantly hitting the planet and everything in it. Like a giant orchestra playing its rhythm upon a small ball. All these different pitches and frequencies constantly affect us. Because we and every creature on this planet are electrical beings, we are receptive to this manipulation. It affects our societies as if they were giant organisms moving on the planet.”
Eric J. Pepin, Handbook of the Navigator: Why You and the Universe Were Meant to Meet
“You have to realize that your family, your friends, and all of those people from the past have a predetermined state of consciousness of who they think you are and how you should act. They identify you within a program of their own personal expectations.”
Eric Pepin, Igniting the Sixth Sense: The Lost Human Sensory that Holds the Key to Spiritual Awakening and Unlocking the Power of the Universe
“Our true being exists in another dimension and it partakes of and infuses with this dimension using bodies. Our bodies are constructs of this dimension that allow us to experience it.”
Eric J. Pepin, Handbook of the Navigator: Why You and the Universe Were Meant to Meet
“I seem to be blocked from connecting with my Higher Self.  My meditations are nothing but blackness. Can the surrender skills and techniques help me to reach a level beyond relaxation? Absolutely! I will do a little walk through process to help you with this. You can add this to your meditation. It is critical information: It is all in the details. When you reflect on entering the void - the blackness - and you say, “Nothing is happening,” your expectation and the act of looking for something will prevent something from happening.”
Eric Pepin, Silent Awakening: True Telepathy, Effective Energy Healing and the Journey to Infinite Awareness
“Once you can hear the tone well, see if you can notice two tones; one for each ear or side of your head. Listen to one of the tones on the right side followed by listening to one on the left. Switch back and forth. (This can be difficult at first as each side may try to get your attention while you are listening to the other.) Listen to both right and left tones together. Bring each side into the center. Allow them to merge or synchronize together into one tone. If there is still fluctuation, it is okay; with practice, you gain more control. Now, bring a tone or range of tones into focus and make the pitch increase in octaves or intensity. Now, make it decrease in octaves. It is very important to experiment with raising and lowering the octaves of the tone. Have you noticed the energy in the room change? At first your results may seem ungraceful. (The way the tones leap and stumble around). The purpose of this is to introduce and exercise a new and elusive mode of thinking. You can raise or lower the tone at will. The goal is to become more and more skilled”

“One of the greatest things to keep in mind is that we exist in the likeness of God.”
Eric J. Pepin, Handbook of the Navigator: Why You and the Universe Were Meant to Meet
“You are being held back by your own perceptions of goodness, selfishness, kindness, or graciousness. You can say that you can be kind by helping someone who always requests your help, but every time that you give advice to this person, they don’t really apply it. If they don’t apply it and they keep asking you for help, ask yourself this question, “Am I being kind by consciously helping them?” Simply let them go so that you can help other people who are willing to apply your help.”
Eric Pepin, Igniting the Sixth Sense: The Lost Human Sensory that Holds the Key to Spiritual Awakening and Unlocking the Power of the Universe
“You have to realize that your family, your friends, and all of those people from the past have a predetermined state of consciousness of who they think you are and how you should act. They identify you within a program of their own personal expectations. When you have self-realization, sometimes you will find that your family will try to bring you back into their reality. They will try to draw you into the old design that you were rather than allow you to be who you are now. If you were never an intellectual person, whenever you try to express your thoughts they will dismiss them and start speaking over you. They won’t give your statement much credibility and the person who always was considered to be the intellectual will take over the conversation. Their opinion is suddenly more important. Everybody who’s within that family or group dynamic knows the process and will face the person who they think is more knowledgeable in that particular area. It’s part of being in the mechanism, and for you to bump that system takes a great deal of effort on your part. It’s not that you should focus on this scenario in particular; rather you should recognize the mechanisms that are shaping and molding how you think and how you are affected.”
Eric Pepin, Igniting the Sixth Sense: The Lost Human Sensory that Holds the Key to Spiritual Awakening and Unlocking the Power of the Universe
“You should never, ever forget that you have to build your life around your spirituality, not your spirituality around your life.”
Eric Pepin, Igniting the Sixth Sense: The Lost Human Sensory that Holds the Key to Spiritual Awakening and Unlocking the Power of the Universe
“The meditation is working on what we need first. We cannot get to a higher place or find that other door we discussed until our frequency is right. If we have emotional issues that need to be healed, it's going to work on that first. It's going to take the amount of time it needs to fix it, but it will be fixed. If we don't currently have emotional problems, and are straightened out in every other area, we're going to start having these other experiences more than likely. It's tuning and setting us in a certain way to ready us for what we're going to be. It will never push us into something we're not ready for. It doesn't work that way. It's putting all our parts together like a car being tuned up. While the car is out of shape, we're not going to be able to do one hundred miles per hour; it's going to putter and jerk around. However, if it gets a tune-up, it will perform at a more optimal level. When we meditate we're tuning ourselves up, especially under this system. We will be rewarded by our meditation efforts each time with a better experience, until we're ready to perform flawlessly and effortlessly in higher regions because we're meditating at our highest performance level. We've been working our energy. It gains progressively as we work with it. It rewards us so we can have greater experiences to get to where we're trying to go.”
Eric Pepin, Meditation within Eternity: The Modern Mystics Guide to Gaining Unlimited Spiritual Energy, Accessing Higher Consciousness and Meditation Techniques for Spiritual Growth
“Stop trying to make yourself achieve bigger things. Appreciate who and what you have become. Love who you are and be comfortable with whom you are and the rest will follow. Pursue your spirituality, pursue your life, your teacher, and the rest will unfold. Just be happy about how far you have come. As long as you are unhappy, frustrated and think that you have to do more or do better, you limit yourself. You are structuring yourself.”
Eric Pepin, Silent Awakening: True Telepathy, Effective Energy Healing and the Journey to Infinite Awareness
“Selflessness is not about being aware of how you’re affected by thought. It’s how you affect someone else by the choices that you make. It’s how you affect others with your whims and your desires, whether monetarily, sexually, or anything else.”
Eric Pepin, Igniting the Sixth Sense: The Lost Human Sensory that Holds the Key to Spiritual Awakening and Unlocking the Power of the Universe
“You’ll never be happy until you learn to live your life for yourself. Don’t hurt anybody else in the process. Don’t willfully cause physical or psychological harm to another person. By choosing to live your life, you’re going to disappoint other people. Family members always want you to live by their ideals. They want you to become a product of whatever has brought them peace or solitude. They’re assuming that you will be looking for that as well, and because they love you, they want you to have it. People who live their life making someone else happy are usually the ones who have the highest risk of depression or suicide. They end up resenting the people they lived for. You’re actually doing them a greater service if you choose to live your own life. You have a right to your own happiness. You shouldn’t let anybody else dictate what that happiness should be.”
Eric Pepin, Igniting the Sixth Sense: The Lost Human Sensory that Holds the Key to Spiritual Awakening and Unlocking the Power of the Universe
“When you speak of a frequency, you are speaking of the frequencies of music, and also the frequencies of dimensions and realities. You are within a specific frequency; and that frequency is held together in its own motion, its own perpetual vibration. You can compare it to cars driving at different speeds in different lanes. You are driving a car that is going thirty-five mph on the ramp. Other cars on the highway are going fifty-five, sixty-five, seventy-five, and eighty-five mph in different lanes. You can see the cars and acknowledge that they are there, but you cannot experience what is going on in their reality until you drive at the same speed as them. Once you move up to the same speed, you can look over and see someone who is flipping through People Magazine or chewing Wrigley’s Spearmint gum. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. However, when you step on your brakes, that frequency is broken and you have now dropped into a lower frequency. You are no longer part of that higher frequency; you are now a part of the lower frequency. If you speed up, you can no longer see the lower frequency because you are in a higher frequency.”
Eric Pepin, Silent Awakening: True Telepathy, Effective Energy Healing and the Journey to Infinite Awareness
“The first thing you should learn when pursuing spiritual consciousness is how to recognize and acknowledge the opposition -- who or what opposes your agenda?”
Eric Pepin, Igniting the Sixth Sense: The Lost Human Sensory that Holds the Key to Spiritual Awakening and Unlocking the Power of the Universe
“Fluidity, a tremendous task in itself gives you the structure to comprehend what you need to do to move on. What else is fluidic about this cup? The water is transparent, yet solid. There is ice that’s absolutely solid, yet it is transparent. If it was totally clear, you could not see it all but it would still exist. However, all of this is an illusion because none of it is really there. We have four stages of transparency: the outer cup, the inner cup, another cup containing this and the part containing the energy and its intensity. Not only that, we still have transparency in liquid form. We have the same transparency on three other different levels. It’s very multi-dimensional thinking. When you can perceive it all and piece it all together, it creates one total experience. Drinking it allows me to experience it again. You do not have to understand how this works, that’s the trick. If you were fluidic, you would not try to understand it. You would want to know it, but you would not have to understand it. It is like the cup. This entire cup is one thing.”
Eric Pepin, Silent Awakening: True Telepathy, Effective Energy Healing and the Journey to Infinite Awareness
“Distill it. We’re going to distill their knowledge to get the real truth and the real quality out of it. That goes for Hinduism, Kundalini yoga, tantric, and martial arts. You have to distill all of it to get the real truth. That’s really what I’m offering you. By listening, thinking, feeling, and hearing what I’m saying to you, in the end what’s alive in your mind is going to free you. It’s going to make you an enlightened being. You’re already more enlightened than most human beings. To be sitting here reading this, you’re already a white cell. There are other forms of white cells but what makes you enlightened is consciousness. It’s not about walking through the air. It’s not about the miracles you can do. All that stuff can come with time. What is really important is that you can conceive the Universe. If you can conceive the Universe, you’re already vibrating at a much higher level than everyone else. By understanding the dynamic process of the Universe, you’re already enlightened. I know that’s hard to believe right now, but you’re already alive in more ways that you can ever understand.”
Eric Pepin, Igniting the Sixth Sense: The Lost Human Sensory that Holds the Key to Spiritual Awakening and Unlocking the Power of the Universe
“Because people, in general, are so educated now the intellect makes the consciousness more grounded. This can work against us as we attempt to explore things that many consider irrational because we are telling our brains to tune out frequencies of reality that we do not believe are possible. Our brains obediently block out these other dimensions or frequencies of energy.”
Eric J. Pepin, Handbook of the Navigator: Why You and the Universe Were Meant to Meet
“I remember when I found some books on Hinduism, Raja yoga and Gnani yoga that were written back in the early 1900’s. I was in shock. I was reading it and thought, “This is the most brilliant man in the world. I agree with everything that he is saying!” I was a little upset. But this guy had been around a lot longer than me. Then I thought, “Maybe I don’t know as much as I thought. Maybe this information is old stuff and I’m not the innovative person I thought I was in bringing it to other people.” Then I realized something profound. This spiritual leader is unquestionably brilliant. If I’m already teaching this kind of information and he is confirming it, no matter how long ago it was taught, what does that say for somebody like me? It means that there’s a Universal Truth in all of this.”
Eric Pepin, Igniting the Sixth Sense: The Lost Human Sensory that Holds the Key to Spiritual Awakening and Unlocking the Power of the Universe
“Reprogramming the governor can be a slow process and the brain resists change more as we grow older. The chances of reaching a dimensional state of mind are against us. How could reaching dimensional states not be extremely difficult? Our bodies, the very vessels we use to experience with, are products and creations of this dimension. This is especially true for highly educated people, who are common in our information driven society. The challenge with education is that the more a person sets boundaries for what they believe to be true, the more rigid that person becomes in their way of thinking.”
Eric J. Pepin, Handbook of the Navigator: Why You and the Universe Were Meant to Meet
“Make spirituality your first priority. Integrate the second most important thing, whether it’s school, a relationship, or whatever, and then the third most important thing, and so on. To be realistic, you can only have about five things, not twenty things. You have to surrender, as they say in Desiderata, the things of youth, the things that really aren’t serving you in your spiritual growth. You need to begin removing those things that hold you back, and you need to deal with them now. The sooner you begin devoting yourself to your spiritual growth, making it your priority, the more you’re going to spiritually achieve. There’s no better time than the present. No matter how old you are. So, if this is the moment you are reading this, then now is the moment that you understand. Now is the moment that you must put every ounce of effort into this.”
Eric Pepin, Igniting the Sixth Sense: The Lost Human Sensory that Holds the Key to Spiritual Awakening and Unlocking the Power of the Universe
“If you do not feed and take care of your spirituality, the collective consciousness of the planet is so very powerful that it will wash away your memory. It will wash away who you really are. It will wash away your soul and you will become a working organism for this planet. All you will think about is eating, sleeping, how to gratify your flesh, and what your next adventure will be. Only those things become important to you. You will forget who you really are.”
