“I told her these people were into voodoo. I saw this lady and she kind of scared me because I felt she could see me like I was seeing her. I also saw her throwing bones from a can on the ground. It was creepy because they were human bones of a child. Regina told me I would have to stop working on the case because what I saw was very real. The lady with the bones was well known over there and she could harm me or my family.”

“Chapter 4: My First Audio Recorder It was now getting close to Christmas, and it had become a tradition to travel north to celebrate. Even though we were away from home for the holidays, I couldn’t wait until nighttime so I could start researching the area. Christmas morning arrived, and we all opened up our presents. I received a very special gift that I will never forget. It was an audio recorder, a gift from my wife. She loved me so much that she got me the best gift I would ever receive. It was the start of a new journey, one that I was ready to take.”

“I had to let all that happened to me sink in from this site before I completely started over again. I wondered if I was special. Did others have this gift, or was I alone? On this paranormal site, I was really hitting on target. When I hit dead on, people would wonder how I was doing it. I had no previous information to go on, and most of the people had no real picture of them along with a fake name. I was really happy with myself, and what I was doing seemed to open people’s eyes.”

“My son and son-in-law, Rick, as well as a few others, gathered that night. We headed out and worked our way down the road to see the old house. It was different than any other old house. There was something special about it. The house was a two-story white home from the early 1900s, standing ominously at the end of the road. It looked completely abandoned, and it seemed like no one had lived there in a long time. The doors were locked and the windows covered with shutters. There was an old, tattered couch in the front yard, and the surrounding area looked extremely creepy, even scary.”
