Gary Craig is the founder of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a form of alternative therapy that is used to alleviate emotional and physical distress. He was born in 1940 in California, USA and is a graduate of Stanford University, where he studied engineering.

After working as an engineer for many years, Craig became interested in personal performance coaching and began exploring various alternative therapies. He eventually developed EFT in the 1990s, drawing on insights from fields such as psychology, acupuncture, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

Craig's goal with EFT was to create a simplified and more accessible version of these techniques that could be easily learned and used by anyone. He introduced EFT to the public in 1995 wi
