Keisha-Gaye Anderson is a Jamaican-born poet and author. Her poetry collection, Gathering the Waters (Jamii Publishing), was released in 2014. Keisha’s writing has appeared in numerous national literary magazines and anthologies, including Captured by the City: Perspectives on Urban Culture (Cambridge Scholars Publishing), Renaissance Noire magazine, Mosaic Literary Magazine, Killens Review of Arts and Letters, Caribbean in Transit Arts Journal, Small Axe Salon, Anthology of the Americas Poetry Festival of New York, and African Voices Magazine. She was selected to participate the VONA Voices and Callaloo writing workshops, and was awarded a fellowship by the North Country Institute for Writers of Color.
