I have always loved books. As a young child into adulthood books and poetry were my life, my escape for the hard reality I lived. I have walked through many fires in my life and they have all left scares. I decided to publish my book of poems as away to get my life story out there, and hopefully help someone else. If just one persons decides that if I could make it through then so can they then I've done my job. If one person after reading my poems get the courage to help an abuse child then my pain was worth every second.
