Christina Blake is a young author, published at seventeen-years-old. Her debut novel, Sapphire and Planet Zero, is about a sixteen-year-old girl who saves the world from annihilation by a dark force. Christina found her passion as a novelist at twelve years old, when she began writing Sapphire and Planet Zero. Since publication, she has spent her time delivering speeches in which she discusses the journey to her book’s release at conferences such as the Annual Massachusetts Association of Gifted Education Conference and Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Conference, which was featured on Access Framingham News.
