Jean-Jacques Chevallier, (February 15, 1900 – May 23, 1983), was a 20th-century French professor, jurist and historian and Academician. Professor at the Paris Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences.

He was the father of screenwriter and author François Chevallier and food historian Jim Chevallier.
