J. Eric King was introduced to the joys of writing while in college. He concluded his education at The Ohio State University where he received a masters degree in pathology and completed his training as a certified Pathologists Assistant. As his interest in writing fiction continued to grow, he set out to study the craft by completing three novels and multiple short stories over the next ten years. In his first title release, the first in a young adult mystery series, King states that his career and experience working as a pathologists' assistant in surgical pathology has influenced his writing and has helped him sharpen his usage of detailed and descriptive writing.
