He has practiced as a psychologist in University Hospital for over 35 years, isboard certified in neurofeedback (Biofeedback Certification International Alliance), in quantitative EEG brain mapping (EEG and Clinical Neuroscience Society, and the QEEG Certification Board), from the American Board of Psychological Hypnosis, and certified in marital/sex therapy.

He's also a full Professor at the University of Utah School of Medicine, has over 180 professional publications, and is the primary author of the recommended standards of practice in the field of neurofeedback.
