How to Make Butter Coffee
It’s been months since I’ve prepared butter coffee. I just never feel right taking some excellent coffee beans from 20 Below or Intelligentsia and then “ruining them” with butter, MCT oil, and collagen.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think butter coffee ruins good coffee per se. It’s just a bit like taking juicy, perfectly seasoned pork belly and slathering it in ketchup. Sure it can still be pretty
