From a one stoplight town in Central Pennsylvania, W.J. Raymond began writing when she was just a young'n. Her hobbies are that of reading, writing, spending time at the lake and enjoying the outdoors. She describes her first novel, Maternal Veil, as psychologically intense and hauntingly unpredictable.

Planned future projects include:
-A paranormal novel of slave girl, Kya, from the nineteenth century, who suddenly and without reason, disappears from her new plantation.

It Began As A Child's Passion

The start of my writing journey began when I was just a child. The first interests I wrote about were haunted buildings, old ghostly attics, creepy lighthouses, and spiritual/magical encounters - I suppose I discovered my passion of paranormal writing at the young elementary age that I was then.
