Estelle Vargas è Luso-Italiana, è nata a Lisbona e si è emancipata all'età di ventitré anni trasferendosi a Milano. È laureata in Scienze della Comunicazione presso l'UniMi. Per molti anni ha lavorato come Docente di letteratura e cultura Portoghese per stranieri. Nel 2002 inizia a scrivere su piattaforme letterarie e partecipa a svariati progetti. Pubblica testi, poesie e self-portraits su diverse riviste e libri. Successivamente si dedica alla consulenza, ma nel 2015 torna alla scrittura e pubblica “Cuore”, seguito da “Incanto” e inizia a collaborare con alcuni magazine internazionali.
