Laura Hamill – Biography
I am a writer, botanical artist and art teacher.

In 2005 I was gifted with the website of writingevolution.com at several thousand feet above the ground during a flight taking off from Arizona to California. It was my early days of healing over the passing of my husband, John, and I was ready to write stories about the amazing signs I was shown in my contemplations and meditations.

I was ready to start a site using the title “broken branches” when all of a sudden I felt the words “writing evolution” pounding in my head and as I looked out the window at the farmland below I saw the characters “W” and as the plane made a right hand turn the “W “ clearly became an “E. “ I felt shivers all over and thought for sure that w ...more
