Loretta Anderson was born in Wisconsin but raised in many places, including Mexico and Guatemala. She started writing when she was twelve years old, completing her first novel at fourteen.

Loretta’s family has traveled as missionaries to Mexico and Guatemala for the majority of her life, giving her many experiences to draw from when creating her novels. Loretta and her husband work closely together to create fresh, new stories that inspire them, and they are passionate about sharing with the world.

When Loretta is not writing new novels, she is occupied with her two children and family life. She enjoys playing the violin with her husband, painting, reading, and cooking up new desserts.
