An urban Appalachian author, M. Lynne Squires is an award winning fiction crafter, poetry dabbler, intermittent blogger, and magazine columnist.

Her latest book, Looking Back at Charleston is a compilation of essays from her magazine column, Looking Back. In full color, the book tells the history of building and landmarks around Charleston, West Virginia in words and photographs.

Writers on Writing, by Squires, is a collection of writer's thoughts on their craft that will encourage through wisdom, experience, and humor.
