Susan was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, before moving to Laurel, Maryland, in 2007 and then to Florida in 2020.

Susan received a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Washington, and a Masters in Public Administration from Seattle University. Susan received a Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law.

Susan has worked in the health care field her entire career, primarily working as an attorney and then as a regulatory compliance consultant.

Her first novel, "Finding Maslow", was inspired by the time she spent working in New York leading up to Hurricane Sandy. Her second novel, "The Hippocratic Deception," follows the same characters but is a legal and medical thriller. Susan plans to write a series, and the next ...more
